7-Day End of Lease Cleaning Guarantee
If an item included in the agreed cleaning scope is identified during the property manager's inspection, we'll return to rectify it in accordance with our guarantee terms.
This guarantee applies to End of Lease Cleaning only.

Questions people ask before booking
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Most of our regular clients give us access and come home to a finished house. Whatever you are comfortable with works for us.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything is included. If you would prefer we use specific products in your home, just tell us and we will.
Why don't you show prices on the website?
Because every property is different. Sizes, condition, frequency and priorities all change the job, so a real quote based on your property is far more accurate than a standard package price.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the quote form or call us. For larger homes we can arrange a free on-site visit so we understand the property properly before quoting
Can I change or skip a clean?
Yes. Give us reasonable notice and we will move it or skip it.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured, and police-checked cleaners are available on request.
